I was synching Adamant for the first six, and then Jolly for the last two Shinies, both of which turned out Jolly ~

A 50% success rate overall is good enough for me :3
 
im getting better im nothing special but i do not think i will ever get numbers like 77 and stuff my highst is 20
 
I chain quite a lot, and it's really paid off!

My shinies caught with the Radar:

Weepinbell x4
Buizel x1 (chain of 9)
Starly x1 (chain of 5 [day after Buizel])
Machop x1 (chain of 8 [same day as Starly =O and it was Hasty and Alert to sounds!])
Machop x1 (Seperate chain, adamant and Likes to Thrash About)
Eevee x1 (Chain of ...11?)
Geodude x2 (Chain of 40 and 41, one was adamant)
Bidoof x1 (Starting a chain)
Shinx x1 (Same as Bidoof)
Natu x2
Krabby x3 (One was adamant)
Magnemite x1 (Modest :o)
Bronzor x1 (Brave and Likes to Thrash About)

That's my list. :)
 
my shinx chain ended at 33 with no shinies... I HATE BIDOOF -.- well anyways i caught the bidoof who broke the chain and im goin put it in the box where other pokes broke big chanes =[
 
I chained Bidoof and I got 101. Thats my highest chain and I'm really happy, so happy that i'm gonna eat my hat :P.
 
mm hey need some help..

it already past half an hour since i got a 42 chain... im still reseting it... and i havent see a shiny patch :(

have anyone have the same problem as me? is yes what did you do? i desesperate of catching my 1 shiny by pokeradar o.o

Keep resetting,yes it has happened to me, your either lucky or your not.
yeh keep resetting your BOUND to find a shiny soon.

Also what are you chaining? Just wondering.

some guy just posted a fourmula dude event though its hard to read what it says

This is the formula for calculating the probabilty of a shiny while chaining! NOTE: Increase the chances for an Electric and Steel shiny with a pokemon in the first slot with the abilities Static and Magnet Pull (Respectively)

Probability of a shiny! N=chain number
1474-40(n)

Here's the full guide right here with equations and a graph near the end.

Basically, your shiny chance per patch is about = 1 / [200 - (41 x Current Chain Number)].

40 is the best, which makes the highest chance of 1/200 or 1/50 each time you reset the radar. The chance does not increase past 40.

Keep trying though and good luck. :)
 
Well I've taken a break from chaining to get my UU team ready. Not chaining related but when I was getting some Scyther eggs I noticed that I had hatched a shiny! It's Lonely natured, however, but does have the egg move Baton Pass. I really do have no idea what I'm going to do with it.
