    The above mentioned shinies are all LV. 100, and the ones I KNOW are not hacked are the Ninetails (caught) and Palkia (friend). I also have NON-Shiny Lv 100:

    Nidoqueen

    Ninetails
    Latios

    Mewtwo
    Suicune

    and a shiny LV 45 Steelix

    Mmm, I'm dealing with someone who'll give me a chained shiny ponyta and deoxys right now, so you'd have to do better
