4th Gen Shiny Palkia Hacked?

Hey!
I traded someone on GTS a Pokemon for this Shiny Palkia, but I'm still trying to see if it is hacked. It looks pretty legit. Can you help me tell if it's hacked or not? The stats are below:

it seems legit. met at right lvl knows legit moves. so id say its not hacked
