I have a shiny ev trained lucario i am willing to trade. I don't really have any specific wants just offer me something and i will tell you whether or not i want it.

sorry its taking so long, nothing wants to work for me right now =[
but it seems i was wrong bout my shiny charizard. its ev spread actually is 144 hp, 252 atk, 114 spe. blastoise's iv's wont come out right =[

but charizards iv spread is 19/16/11/8/14/8
