I might not call myself an Orangeshipper, but I will say this - They've got a scene which most, if all shippers would want. Yes, I am well aware of the fact that it was not real. That should be saying something.

Just one little thing, if its not real, Tracy making Misty blush in a "strange way" has nothing to do with the real anime.

The picture has not been altered in any way, shape or form, so it isin't a fake as such.

The reason I say it is not 'real' is due to the fact that the image is from scene in Daisy's mind- she wanted her sister and Tracey to play the parts and was explaining the storyline..

Of course, this has not stopped Orangeshippers from liking the scene, has it? :D

As for the blushing, that wasn't the scene that I was refering to. To avoid confusion, I will post the pictures of the blushing scene I was talking about, and this scene is real.

Misty probably did that because .. um .. TRACY WAS BEIN' A GOOF! Well um, that IS the episode where she tells Ash something..

But remember, you're talking about the 4Kids version. I haven't a clue whether that happened in Japan or not.

Although I support AAML beyond reason, for some reason, I'm not really against Orangeshipping.

Anyways, as STJ was saying, those images are quite real. Yes, they happened in different episodes, but it's real.

I don't remember anything in detail as to why Misty pushed Tracey's drawing away like that.

But the scene where you see Misty and Tracey holding hands (and later almost kissing) is very controversial amongst us shippers. For one thing, according to my sources, that scene just popped up at the end of the Pok?mon Housou episode. Some people, like me, believe that it never happened. I honestly don't know why, but that's the way I feel. Some say that it was a dream that one of Misty's sister's may have had (probably Daisy.)

Tracey is a good guy, but I think Misty's already taken!

It didn't pop up at the end of the Hoso episode, it happened towards the beginning. Where in the world did you hear that it happened at the very end of the episode?

Pictures & Guide. I'd like to point out many people thought this episode was the death of Handymanshipping. I heard there was a dub added thing where they were going to go on a date or something, but it's odd Daisy is imagining her "boyfriend" with her young sister.

Anyway, I like Orangeshipping alot myself. But some of the hints are too vague to go and jump to the conclusion that Orangeshipping is canon like some shippers are doing. Sometimes the hints are good, sometimes some are meh, and other times they kind of suck.

As for whatever Misty was blushing about in the picture you guys are talking about, I personally feel Orangeshipping didn't start until the Hoso episodes, the Orange Islands were Pokeshippy.

In general, Misty and Tracey are accused of liking each other three times, Misty blushes a little one of the times, Misty hangs out with Tracey (and Max) and barely talks to Ash when Ash, May, and Max come to Pallet Town (can't remember if Brock was there). Ash hangs around with May mostly.

That's what I've gathered, but someone can probably do better. I haven't actually watched the episodes.

My point was that she was blushing because of Tracey, not Ash as many people once believed, she just happened to continue blushing when Ash asked that question..

As for whether that scene should be considered shippy, someone had asked Elite Trainer Raven what was said in the original, and he said

Same thing, only not blatantly shippified as 4Kids does all the time with every kid that appears on the show.

But the topic of discussion is Orangeshipping, is it not? I'll post up another picture for your enjoyment

I have two views on that picture. Remember, if it's not out in English (and in America), I don't know that episode, ergo only a guess!

View 1: Obviously is an Orangeshipping scene. 'nough said.
View 2: Misty daydreams and/or talks about something about Water Pok?mon, fancy lifestyles, or romance of some sort. Tracey sorta freaks out about it therefore, shooting down all signs of Orangeshipping.

Misty did hang out with mainly Tracey and Max when Ash returned to Pallet, but she didn't fit in with Ash and May's travels and journey stories anyways. Then, when she leaves, she bids Ash off to do his best. I really doubt the writers would just erase her character from that point. She's still got some stuff holding onto the series (like that handkerchief she gave Ash)

Actually, there have been times in which Misty didn't blush...

When Moe/Macy asked if she was Ash's boyfriend, she didn't blush at all, and when Tracey suggested that Ash and Misty "care about each other" She was angry,VERY angry, but didn't blush.

Ash/Misty: YOU MUST BE CRAZY!!!

This is the same case in which Nurse Joy says "When two people fight, they really care about each other" They didn't blush either

She doesn't blush EVERY time. She gets ticked every time, but she doesn't blush.

We also have to remember, Misty hasn't been accused of liking Ash since she left. We don't know if she would react in the same way as she used to.

See, here's the problem. I don't get it, but when you don't have contact with your friends for a long time, it feels akward when you meet again. This may be the case after Ash and friends returned to Kanto.

Another reason could be that Misty just doesn't want to get in the way of Ash's dream. This is how I felt for the longest time (and the reason I give out the most.) Who's to interfere with such a goal?

Or maybe she doesn't want conflict between Tracey and Ash. Maybe Tracey does have a crush on Misty, who knows? If Misty sees this, and knows that Ash is still the thick-skulled boy whom she met from the start of Ash's journey, I'm pretty sure she doesn't want trouble since jelousy could play a role.

And Tracey a little kid? Tracey looks older than Misty, so I wouldn't say "little"!
