Well it's easy to decide "We're going to call it ___shipping instead!" but no one said it'll catch on.
We did the same for MorpheusShipping by calling it Natsushipping. No one else calls it that. No really. I googled it and the only thing you can find is our posts about it. xD

We have a bit more of a chance with PingPongShipping because even if that other name was made first the idea of these two are relatively new. Maybe it'll catch on, maybe not.

I'm not a stickler for grammar and I've got enough common sense to know who, but it would be nice to point out who he is.

Pictures can be edited. If they are not proof...then they obviously aren't real. No proof means the rumor is probably not real.

I didn't think we were trying to change the official name though? It was just that we didn't like the name so we changed it for when we talk about it here. I mean, if you went to bmgf or Serebii trying to change the name, there would probably be a mass flame war XD But people don't mind so much here because they're nicer ^^ Others don't have to call it our new name, it's just that we prefer them haha. Although, Natsushipping and PingPongShipping *are* way better than the original hahaha

There are a few people on BMGf and SPPf who are driving others crazy over the whole deal; the list master on BMGf is all "*headache*" from this. And Vyksta (that how you spell her name; I've seen her on both forums) on SPPf is all like, "We don't rename things cause it keeps down confusion" and crap.

I don't think it's nice at all. Besides, /PingPong/; is that really all they have in common; is /that/ really what you want them /called/? That's as...lame a name as Penguinshipping. I read on a now-old thread someone wanted to call Dawn/Kenny Childhoodshipping, which is so much nicer. But Penguinshipping became /it/, yanno? Now Childhood is Dawn/Leona.

Well, the main reason we don't nuke renamers is because we don't have a bona-fide list of ships. We piggyback other lists. BTW, I reccomend to use the list we use to prevent confusion, but the mods won't enforce it. Besides, the lists also have some alternate names as well.

Uh, yeah. I think you're making too much a deal of it. It's 2 names out of literally hundreds. We've been calling Satoshi/Aoi a different name for 3 months. No one cares. We just change the ones that we like that have particularly ugly names XD Anyway, I've explained all this before, if you don't like it, don't call it by our name. I already said that the post before yours. ^^ It's not like any of us talk about either much, anyway

Totall agreement here. Aside from shipping, there's not much snarking or rudeness to anyone else. More happy faces than in BMGF.

People get sensitive if I address one character by his Japanese name and another one by the dub name. Is that really a problem? Here's an example, Jun is so better than Barry that I'd rather say "Jun and "(someone else)" rather than "Barry and (someone else)".

Uhm. This isn't BMGf or SPPf. It's PC. What someone says on another forum doesn't mean anything here.

Yes PingPong is what I /really/ wanna call it. Since Penguin shipping is a "stupid name" we have to live with, and PingPong is a "stupid name" it fits right in.
Anyways, like what Jorah said. We arn't bashing someone if they don't call it by our name. Just offering it out there.
