Because Ash had a building Fetish during the Advanced Generation.

Nobody cares if Misty likes Ash. As long as Ash doesn't yearn Misty, that shipping is dead as a doorknob.

...Meh I don't feel like typing out a long response and explaining myself so I'm just gonna state meh opinion I think they make a great Couple...Dawn is too whiney, May is too outgoing..., and Misty seems to be the Yin to Ash's Yang :P

Misty has feelings for Ash, but Ash is either VERY VERY timid about reveling his feelings for her, OR Ash is too dense to see that she wants to be with him.... (Gah I typed more than I wanted to T.T)

I wanted to bash that Todoroki thing. . . I never got why people shipped Jun x Satoshi. I seems as creepy as shipping Satoshi with Shinji.

Maybe because he's asking to be shipped with Todoroki but gets sawed in half instead. :P

Everytime I see that scene from DP I crack up. And Ash's expression goes well with it. Hmm. Ash and Brock could be the original bromance, though it's not there all the time. What about Jun and Kengo though...
