Sure, as long as you can set up a paypal account for ebay or have access to a credit card, it should be easy.
 
When it comes to buying stuff off of eBay, you want to be extremely wary. As a buyer, you are very protected actually though. If you never recieve the item, you can demand to have your money given back to you and the seller has no choice but to do so, unless you do not do tracking. Always do tracking and/or insurance (if choosable). It's an extra couple of bucks, but it'll guarentee your item arriving safely and you being paid if it doesn't. As a buyer, you always want to be careful of buying from newer sellers (People with 99 down feedback) because there isn't a real opinion. It's really best to buy from a Power Seller, because then you are fairly safe on the items. Always buy with caution and carefulness on feeBay. (eBay's nickname)
