You need just a little work to do, I suggest if you know any GFX (Banner makers) who are good, ask them to teach you, I would be willing to teach you as well (Though I would find someone else, I'm still being taught myself).

This are ok. But they need to be better. You should make them more like the Glaceon, Flareon, and Luxray one and then do what was stated above, by finding you a teacher.

There pretty good, but try using some different font's and texts. 7/10

Actually, this question would probably better suit the Lounge, just for future reference.

In the meantime, it's up to you as to whether or not you want to create a shop. It doesn't particularly matter if you're "Good enough" or not. Different people have different tastes in graphics. ^^
