OOC: Ehh...nope, I wasn't consumed by Fire Emblem this time. Just a whole lot of other stuff happening yesterday. I had to get my hair cut (It was staring to hang over my eyes), my family was eating out, and we went to watch the new Harry Potter movie. It was decent enough...if you don't mind that it completely butchered the creative work J.K.Rowling! <_< I swear, there were so many essential things left out, but instead they decided that they simply had to extend the whole dragon scene and add in one of those stupid, clich?d-to-death cliff-hanger moments to court the generic american audience...<_< Pfft, I dread to think of how mutilated the last part will be. Each one adds an additional burden of inconsistency that will have to be sorted out in the next part by adding even more inconsistency. It's a wicked circle...>.< I have the distinct feeling that I would have enjoyed it more if I hadn't read the book...
Oh, and then there was of course this humungous reply I wrote up to a PM, although the darnable 5000 character limit forced me to split it into two parts. Pfft...who put the bar that low anyway? I thought the usual limit was 15 000.
But moving on...sorry about your guinea pig, Charon. ;__; I concur, let this page be in honour of the poor, deceased Poe-Ghost.

"Thank you." Rai said to the waitress, although she had already stalked off before the boy had even finished his sentence. He shrugged, not paying to much attention to it as he divided out the bowls of pok?food to Ashura, Chupon, and Kaika respectively. Ashura immediately turning her attention to eating it, although doing so in a dignified manner, unlike Chupon who immediately leapt into the bowl and began chewing to his heart's content, causing Rai to roll his eyes, despite his best efforts he had never managed to train that habit out of the little gecko. Kaika simply looked at the food for a moment before slowly rising up from his spot in Rai's arms and walking over to the bowl, sniffing at its contents for a while before taking a thoughtfull bite, taking in the flavour. The Vulpix chewed for quite some time before taking another small bite and repeating the process, although it was marginally faster than before.
Rai began eating as well, although he proceeded only at the maximal pace that would still be considered socially acceptable, which, he noted, was a good bit slower than Jena's. But still, the boy couldn't help sticking to his old habits, taking one pancake at a time and carefully cutting it up into identical pieces before eating each one of them one at a time, savouring the flavour. It was pok?mon center food of course, and quite far from the standard that Rai was used to, but he was really too hungry to notice that and to him the pancakes tasted far better than anything he had ever had at home.
