Signature Advice.

What you have to do here is give the Person above you a tip or some help to what you think would make his signature look better.

NOTE: Make sure you dont move it from the theme so much. Like mine has to do with BLOOD. Have it somthing to do with Blood. Well, BEGIN!

Even though you're just rating a signature, it doesn't hurt if you have advice to give to that person too..
