Issue: Signature GIFs?

i'm trying to put a GIF of Cagney Carnation's idle animation on my signature but it keeps failing cuz it says itfailed due to not writing a temporary file?

what does this mean and can i add GIFs to my profile sig?

If uploading it isn't working, you can always use a third-party host like Imgur.

oh ok thanks i may try that with a different gif

or are the GIFs i pick too big?

You need to put your gif in between tags. However, we have a width and height [URL="https://www.pokecommunity.com/showthread.php?t=311161"]limit on signatures [/URL]so you might need to adjust your gif so you don't get an infraction

Try using this code in your sig (without the *):
[*cimg=height:250px; width:500px]https://i.imgur.com/kHekjDN.gif[/cimg*]

It gives:
[cimg=height:250px; width:500px]https://i.imgur.com/kHekjDN.gif[/cimg]
