No, it's not. Your sig is 142 pixels too high, and almost 100 pixels too wide; you'll have to get rid of some of the images (or shrink them down a lot) in order to have it within the limits.bubba115115

Your width is fine now, but it's still a little on the tall side, about 45 pixels too high this time. Either getting rid of the smaller images or one of the larger ones should get you into the right size.
