The css box can be as wide as you want as long as it doesn't contain a background image that is over the limits, so yeah it's fine, for now (because the css rules could be altered eventually).
 
Dunno what got bigger, but your sig is within the limits anyways.
 
It's not over the limit at all, you may remove the sig-disable tags.

Yup, it's within the limits - also, don't use "filler" in your posts. Just add another word or so.
 
Yupp, you should be perfectly within the limits. Though if you want to be on the safe side, it might be nice to put the text next to the image.
 
Is mine okay now? I removed the trainer sprite :)
