You have to link the TC into your sig.

And it's the same with the claims if you're wanting sprites for them. You link the image into you sig and it'll appear.

You used the "Signature Picture" function. That function only allows you to upload one picture.
If you want to add more, simply upload your pictures to an image host like www.imageshack.us or www.tinypic.com, grab the address they give you after uploading, and use the IMG-Tag Flavaquil showed you.
