The hair and pants are stratch, but everything else is parts od FRLG Beauty and FRLG Female Cooltrainer.

wow thats a really awesome Portrait of Lilac, I really love your perpotions in the pixels =D great style too. And your shading looks like some great cells could go on in there o.o awesome.
 
@blazin eskimo(XD espio), how, she's blonde, blonde = dumb/really slow, pick a better word than brains, wait i just realized what that implied.
 
no, i mean blonde girls are generally really dumb, no need to attack me with long words that no-one knows about

I've seen it, but I'll give it a 9.99/10 anyway. (I hardly ever give 10/10 even to perfect works, although where the wings meet the body is a bit wierd.)
 
I hope you get more time in the future. Your pixel art is like solid gold to a lot of people. ^_^ Yeah. More like Goddess of Pixel Art. It's hard to find pixel art like that nowadays. That's excellent work.
