Will Damp make the enemy Explosion still work, just not hurt him? Like Ghost types. You still kill yourself, but they aren't hurt.
 
no, it prevents them from using it.

So with proper preidiction, it can be used very well, a Damp pokemon.

Like switching into a Forretress that is severely weakened.

On the offside, Disable seems like a very good move. Now that the accuracy has been significantly increased, it seems very useful when played right, like when used on a Scarffed Pokemon?
 
Right I was being bored so I just bred some Adamant Magicrap and got one with these IVs

31 / 31 / 5 / 25 / 5 / 31

Can I make him as anything? Tauntdos? Sweeper?
 
that doesn't look like a good Taunt dos at all... taunt dos needs to be bulky enough and though the max HP iv is good, its 5 def and sp def is very disappointing. the minimum for both should be at around 18-19 if you want it to take the kind of hits it usually can.

nonetheless, it's a good one. it could probably be a decent CB Gyara.
 
Question: Alright, even through the long hours of my game, I've never used my Draco Meteor tutor, so here's my question; can the Draco Meteor move only be used once for the whole game?
 
That's the beauty of the move-it cam be taught over & over. Even if the poke forgets the move, it can be re-taught. However, the pokemon must love you a lot. A small price to pay.

That I do easily (lots of breeding, so pop a Soothe Bell on and commence); Thanks sims. Of course, I need to think of a great dragon that defines the power of ultimate destruction. lol just to imitate the power of my main created character in my avvy.

Ultimate destruction dragon ? , That would be Choice Specs Salamence. That things Draco meteor is evil to say the least. Amazing when you use it yourself, but scary as hell when your going up against a foe one.
 
meh... what's the spread and common set for a SpecsMence? I remember someone using one against me, and although it hit hard, it didn't hit much.

Standard specs mence

Salamence@Choice Specs
Modest Nature
252 SP.ATT / 252 SPEED /6 HP
- Draco Meteor
- Dragon Pulse
- Fire Blast
- Hydro pump

Metoer for inflicting major damage early on in battles and Pulse for late game sweeps. Fire Blast for steels etc. Hydro Pump is there for problem pokemon, Bastiodon, Probopass, heatran etc.


OR you can go with

"Funky Mence"

Salamence@Life Orb
120 Atk / 252 SpA / 136 Spe
Mild / Rash nature
~ Brick Break
~ Draco Meteor
~ Fire Blast / Flamethrower
~ Dragon Claw / Crunch / Roost

This also hits very hard Life Orb is the perfect item for it, its one of those "Funky Salamences" that has moves to hit specific stuff, Brick Break takes out snorlax and Blissey even T-Tar etc. Draco Meteor Destroys Donphan Hippowdon <insert Bulky Water / Ground type here>. Fire Blast or Flamethrower for Steels. Dragon Claw as its a reliable STAB move, Crunch hits Cressy and Dusknoir hard, Roost helps recover off residual damage.
 
I like the funky mix one better. T-Tar, Skarmory, Blissey, many are hit by this set. However, isn't it a lil slow? I don't know what the speed of it is, so I might need to be filled in on that.
 
I have a noob question:

When I use a move like Dragon Dance, where the stat is raised one level, how much does it raise my stat by?

EDIT: This is the right place to post this right? o.O I mean, once I asked about Substitute...
