Yeah. I figure speed didn't matter because remember I'm going on the claydol design you gave me a while ago. I'm just now finally getting everything together.

I got a question about Iv's.

I was just reading a guide on IV's and it states that to check the IV's of your pokemon you have to use as many rare candies as you can spare to check.

My question is, "Is there another way to check IV's without having to use rare candies?"

Thanks in advance!

Yeah, you level it up to 20 in the daycare.

Or go in a level 100 wifi battle and record the stats at level 100 and then put them in an iv calculator.

This spawns another question from me! =P
Does it matter what lvl it gets to in the daycare?
Like if I leave it in there for like 2 days and it gets to lvl 45 will that be more accurate?

Yeah but level 45 takes WAY to long when iv breeding.

Level 20 is sufficient to let you know if the ivs are good or not.

So when it is at lvl 20 do I look at the stats to find out or do I have to put them through an IV calculator?

well 100 is the most accurate but 50 is good as well.

I need some help with Dusknoir, Ive got

Dusknoir@Leftovers

Put its stats at level 20 into an iv calculator.

Dusknoir is a beast lol

Dusknoir@leftovers
252 HP / 78 DEF/ 180 SP.DEF
Careful /Sassy Nature
- Pain Split
- Will-o-wisp
- Thunder Punch / Fire Punch / Ice Punch
- Shadow Sneak

it wants a bit into def so it can dual wall, though not too much as it has will-o-wisp to cover its physical defense.

Thunderpunch for Gyarados who will lol at it with taunt otherwise. Fire Punch is good for taking out steels and Heracross in case you will-o-wisp it. ice Punch takes out dragon etc.

Last slot you want Shadow sneak, it breaks Gengar, Alakazam, Azelf etc and lets you 2hko those and priority moves are always sweet.

If you get an ev trained pokemon in a trade and you forget to find out the evs, is there any way to find them out like you would like an iv calculator?

no if you lose the evs then tough luck.

however there are berries that reduce 10evs for a stat for each diffrent berry so you can start over again.

Well I heard from someone that it might be possible but I don't know:

Gyrados 200
Ev reducing Berry 150

So gyrados had 50 evs on it

Something like that.

I have a dual sponge question... Is Glissbliss (Or Blisscor), Blissey and Gliscor, a good set as 2 walls? I looked at em and it looks okay to me, but I should get a more expert opinion.

It's decent, but Gyarados and Weavile will be a real pain in the neck.

You'll want a dual wall that covers their weaks. I've found Dusknoir or spiritomb to be great with Blissey.

does anyone know what the ice hidden power number is for pokesav?

I´ve read a few things that mention IV battles... Presumably where you measure the IV values of your pokes..

But could someone help me understand the specifics?
Mainly... when you battle and auto-level to 100, and you get the stats (without EVs), if they are put into one of the calculators with all 0 EVs will it be an accurate read?

That's about it...it's to determine IVs with 100% accuracy, so yeah.

I didn't really get a good response in my thead, but is this a good for a Jolly Rampardos:

Rampardos
29/31/31/20/31/31
252Atk/252Spd/6Hp
Earthquake
Rock Slide
Crunch
Rock Polish

I have a question...where in the world (or on the internet lol) can you find a good threat list?
