Another question over EV's.
Alright, let's say i have a team of finished EV trained pokemon, but they all aren't level 100. So, I go into a level 100 open battle online, would the EV'd stats go to the level 100 level?

Example:
The original pokemon is:
Bulbasaur Lv 50
Neutral Nature on all stats
252 atk/252 Def/ 6 SAtk
So the stats on atk, def, and SAtk are: Atk: 101, Def: 101, SAtk: 117

If this pokemon were to go into a level 100 open battle online, would the stats raise to:
Atk: 197, Def: 197, SAtk: 229?

In level 100 battles all EVs are factored in and the stats given would be as if it was fully raised.

Say we give each of these moves to a seperate Smeargle @ Jolly, 252 Speed, and Choice Scarf.

Which'll hit first if they all attacked at once? Would speed tie have something to do with it?

Speed tie = Key word. Will one priority move outspeed the other or will speed tie hax decide who goes first?

I don't see why they would. They all have the same priority, which means that it'll result in what normally happens in a speed tie- the one who goes first is chosen randomly.

Don't quote me on it, but I think Protect/Detect's fastest of moves with positive priority. =P What?

Remember to add things like Choice Band and stuffs if you intend to see if your Pokemon can OHKO Mence.

Minimum needed for OHKO 4 HP/ 0 Defense Neutral Salamence - Stealth Rock included: 219

Guaranteed OHKO Same Salamence - Stealth Rock included: 263

Minimum needed for OHKO Same Salamence - No Stealth Rock: 291

Guaranteed OHKO Same Salamence - No Stealth Rock 345

Ask if you need other variants or a specific one. =P
