Sorry. My memory is like a rubber duck. I forgot to mention it's for 3rd gen. It has EQ and that's a good move. Also, for some reason its special attack is very low...

Can anobody help me out by posting a link to metalkid's iv caculator? thanks if you reply. Also, is it for Dp? EdiT; Never Mind, i figured how to get to it. here are my Lickilicky's Iv's,

is EV training really worth the time it takes?

I mean... i've EV trained a few pokemon but never had that much difference when it came down to it.
Training it all the way up just to get creamed by 1 pokemons move or something :P
kinda sucks

It might just be the Nature, or the pokemon you had out was too weak ageisnt the pokemon you were facing and shouldi've switched out. So yeah, they make a difference. Individual Values do too. Movesets count too.
 
Ok, just bred an Adamant Gible with these IVs:

HP: 30
Atk: 31
Def: 18
Sp. Atk: 27
Sp. Def:15
Speed: 19

Yea, she would be a physical sweeper when I train her up. I guess the defences and speed could have been a little better. My question is, should I re-breed for higher defences and speed, or, if not, EV spread? And should I go with the standard Garchomp set?

Trait: Whatever you have, cause it's two abilities are good. though try to aim for Sand Veil if you have Special Defense Iv. as now, you gain Special Defense Iv's, if you're Rock/Ground/Steel Type, or if it has Sand Veil. forgot what it was out of those two.
Adamant Nature
Ev Spread 252 atk/252 spd/ 4 or 6 hp
Earthquake
Swords Dance
Fire Fang
Dragon Claw.
 
Thanks for that, so the IVs I have now are OK then? And yes, she has Sand Veil.

Yeah, the Iv's are okay. especially the attack, it's decent.

Use the link above your post to calculate them, Iv's are like your pokemon's genes. they automactially come with the Iv's they have. so if you don't have high ones you breed to get higher Iv'd Edit, click here. https://www.serebii.net/pokedex-dp/egg/bug.shtml however, Legendaries and Ubers Can't breed.

Well this is just my theory, but once the Cave Maniac After you Exit Veilstone ( not the entrace you'll find a different route. and there is a cave there with a ruin maniac digging there, after he has finished digging it'll lead to a different part of the ruins.

Ok, but how much can they increase stats, and is there any way to get better ones?

And does a Pokemon nature affect its eggs without the Everstone? Like, i have a Modest Beldum, yes, very bad Beldum nature, and a Carefull Ditto, so would getting an Adamant be harder than usual?
