ya i wasnt sure if it was in game or not so i attached it while i was training in the elite four

Let's put it this way...regice is the special equivalant of steelix, only it is better at attaciking and withstanding the kind of attacks it's normally weak against. So yes, it's good. The set looks...fine, but why T wave? And I think you need a few more SpD EVs...

Just because their defenses are equal in 200 base stats does not mean ANYTHING. The typing is what makes Steelix unique from Regirock, being pure Rock type is completely sweeped by a simple move.

On the other hand, Steel and Ground has incredible resistances while the all the Regi's (except perhaps Registeel) have few or no resistances. What's gonna happen when the enemy uses Flamethrower? No I do not think Regice can absorb flamethrower, seeing as how my Steelix has been 2HKO'd by Earthquake from an Electivire. (and yes, I trained the Steelix with full hp and def) and the Electivire was NOT hacked due to seeing it do regular damage to my Salamence.

With 252 sp.def or a little bit less, it can survive with just a tiny bit of Hp, and maybe with a Calm Nature too. That enables it to get in a Earthquake. But truth is, is isn't as frightning. Why? There's no Stab.

Wait...the electivire I fought with my steelix...steelix took about 45% from Cross Chop, and it was the pure physical version too...steelix can take out electivire, I've tried. No hacks either.

Umm, what do OU and UU stand for? :D

OU=Overused. Great stats, great movepool/ability. Even if you don't see it much, it is so strong, that it is too good for UU (such as Tarous)

UU=Underused. Not as good as OU, with either poor stats, or halting movepool. Many UU pokemon can be good for OU, but their movepool, typing, and in rare instances, stats, halt them from OU status. Such as Vileplume.

Many UU/BL (Borderline) pokes aren't that bad though, it's just there is an OU that does it better (Blaziken and Infernape)

That would be correct. they are cheap anyways. No one wants that.

Lossofreason, do not bypass the 25 character limit. It's there for a reason.

It really doesn't take much effort to post a solid sentence XD. Anyways, I was wondering why poliwrath is UU. Out of all the UU pokemon I so love to use in OU, poliwrath has worked the best. Why is it UU? I'm talkin' 3rd gen BTW. And even D/P, why?

I'm guessing because Poliwag/whirl get forgotten about?

huh? I doubt anybody would forget about a pokemon if it was decent...although I would hope poliwag wasn't used in competitive:)
