If someone could answer me this question ASAP i would be very greatful.

Can the R/S/E versions trade from gold and silver if not with what other versions can gold and silver trade to?

The answer is no, they cant. As one of them is on GBC mode and the other is GBA you cannot get R/S/E to connect with G/S/C.

...I thought this was common sense by now...RSE can NOT connect to GSC. Basically everything before the GBA can connect but got stranded by the hardware change.

I think people assume that because of the National Dex... you know getting Johto Pokemon...

(who knows--this question may already be in here, but searching through 80-something pages takes too long...)

In my previous Ruby and Sapphire games, every time my Pokemon won a Master Rank Pokemon Contest, its picture was drawn and appeared in the basement in the Art Gallery. However, I won two Master Rank contests in my current Sapphire game (I restarted Sapphire), and the Art Gallery thing did not happen. The basement in the gallery was open, but no pictures ever made it there.

How do Pokemon get their pictures into that gallery? Is there something else I need to do besides just win a Master Rank contest?
 
You have to talk to the artist as you win the contest he will follow you out and he will ask you if you want it hung up there.
 
You need to win the Contest with a total of or exceeding five hearts on the final results screen, which is about 25 appeal points throughout the course of the appeals.

Okay, I only assumed because I've won a couple of times and the artist always comes out.
 
I think you have to win the contest with 5 stars or more to get a picture.
 
are there any side effect from sandstorm in play beside hurt non ground/rock/steel pokemon?

can milotic learn light screen?

in case a pokemon hurt itself in confusion what stat used to decide the damage? atk/def or sp atk/sp def or depend on the move? how if it using non attacking move?

There is absolutely no order to the Battle Frontier. The fact that Spenser hasn't challenged you yet means you either already have the Silver Symbol and it takes 6 sets of 7 battles, or you haven't gone through the necessary 3 sets. Remember that Spenser ONLY battles you in Single Battle (just like the other "brains"). If you have completed 3 straight sets, go back and challenge again and see what happens.

I know about it will still hurting itself, i mean what stat will used to calculate the damage.

How milotic learn light screen (Tm/move tutor, lvl up or breeding)?
