    Regarding the upcoming new release of the game Pokemon Emerald, a new Simple Questions will be opened in order to handle the huge amount of questions regarding the new game. This will be temporate, until the game loses its new touch, and the 2 simple questions will be combined into one thread again. But until then, Pokemon Emerald will have its own Simple Question page. So post all of your simple questions regarding the game here, and PC will try its best to help you!

    <closed until Sept.16 when Pokemon Emerald comes out in Japan, but keep an eye for it>
     
    Since the "you know what" is out now, I'll open this again. Emerald questions away!
     
    What are these two moves? They're taught by move tutors in Slateport and Mauville.

    Edit: Found another. I think it's Fury Cutter but not sure. Any confirmation?

    In emerald.. you dont get to battle or catch kyogre or groudon... sorry!

    #2 Is definatly Fury Cutter. As for the other, I don't know.

    Aron is Roll Out
    Slakoth is definitely Fury Cutter

    You can catch Kyogre and Groudon, you just need to beat the Elite 4 first. Then go to the Weather Institute and ask one of the people, and they'll tell you where one of the caves are. If it's on a water route, it'll be Kyogre, and on land - it's Groudon. Go through the caves and fight/capture them. Go back to the Weather Institute and talk to the guy again and he'll tell you te other cave.
     
    WHEN I can get Mew? I have to end all game first or maybe I can catch it earlier? I have to have all badges or something?
     
    You get Mew by a Nintendo donwload event. You get a ticket from another Wonder Spot, and when you go to Lilycove, you have the option to go to World's Edge Island. It's there that you go through a mazey thing, then see Mew hiding in a patch of long grass. Corner it, then press A, and it'll attack you. It's Level 30... and knows Transform, so be wary...

    im not sure if im gonna get chased through viridian forrest by the moderators here but anyways:-

    does anyone know what legendaries can be caught in emerald?
    i think you can get speed deoxys? and rayquaza? is that it?

    i'm soooo stressed out by this. i was trying 2 figure it out for 4 days.


    i cant get to gym 7 in emerald and i can't get the wailmers to move and i can't fight the people in the aqua hideout
     
    you have to go to the new magma hideout and awake groudon. it is located at the path from the mountain (i forgot the name) and lavaridge.
