You obtain clear bell after you beat the rockets in the Goldenrod radio tower.The director will give you the clear bell.

Ive heard of a pokemon on G/S/C called Missingo.

Where can I find Natu? I know how to catch a pokemon how do I locate this pokemon in Crystal? Don't tell me to use the pokedex that isn't helpful in this situation.
 
You will find Natu near the ruins of Alph, in a small patch of grass you must go through the ruins to get to. You will also find Smeargle there.
 
How do you win the Unknown? It's kinda weird.

Umm. What is the difference between gold/ silver and crystal?
 
G/S? Not much; just the different pokemon you can find in it. Crystal has a larger story, as well as the choice to be a female, along with the different pokemon.

Where do you get Chimecho?

It is an HM. After getting onto solid ground from the ice floor with all the rocks that help you reach the other side (see DragonTrainer's diagram), go to the very right across the ice where the Pokeball itme icon is and select it. That is the HM Waterfall.

Chimecho is a Ru/Sa Pokemon. This thread is for questions on G/S/C.
