That's the thing. Most Dragon Pokemon have low SPAttack stats, and high Attack stats. Just to make things more complicated when using Dragon Pokemon.

Yeah, you can just turn the game off when they start. Nothing will happen to your game either. I do it all the time.

Thats in FR/LG, in R/S/E you can trade anywhere in the game.

Actually, in Emerald, I think you have to defeat the Elite Four to get the National Dex first as well.

I'd imagine that it's not possible. Try evening out the team a bit more.

I'd train the level 12 pokemon to about level 45-50 and then it should be easy(use the vs seeker to train)

Not really. Train Charizard to level 85 from 79, it shouldn't be that tough. Then take on the E4 with sheer level strength, and it should be easy.
Take a LOT of MaxPotions, MaxRevives, FullRestores and all that. Remember, if Charizard faints and you switch to another Pokemon, IMMEDIATELY use a Max Revive on it and get it back in battle.
Elixers and Ethers will be good to, as you'll be losing PP all throughout the five battles.
