you need to get a ticket and go to the island where it is, please try not to double post.

To be exact, you need to wait for a Nintendo event then you can obtain the Aurora Ticket to Rainbow Island to catch Deoxys..

it is possible to trade but i think only on roms.... but i think there is a device that lets you do it...... it costs a bundle like the flash linker but more expensive, it may mess up your games, itll take alot of google searching i still havent found it since ruby was released >.>

Trading it on roms would be logical, but finding roms on the internet are easy, especially on mIRC.

=P You can get Ho-oh and Lugia and all in FireRed/LeafGreen through the tickets to special islands.

Or else you can just bring them in from Colloseum or XtraDark.

Trading

I've beaten the elite four, completed the ruby and sapphire quest, and I still can't trade with ruby or sapphire version. I am also using a link cable and going to the second floor of the pokemon center to trade. What's wrong?!

What kind of message are you getting when you try to trade?

Also make sure it's a GBA cable, the older ones (GB and GBC) won't work with the GBA system.
