Does any Pokemon learn Toxic naturally (Without the TM)?

Dustox, Swalot, Gulpin and Roselia learn Toxic naturally.

i think its in emerald, but it has a 5% chance of holding it
want a pichu with volt tackle ;D

It also has it in Fire Red/Leaf Green, but Pikachus are considered rare and the Light Ball is thus considered even rarer.

Not in the Power Plant they're rare. I see a lot of Pikachu roaming the Power Plant whenever I go there for training. Oh well, I'll try there too.

>_> Theres a power plant? In Fire Red? I never seen it or forgot about it then... I hunted for Light Ball in the safari zone... So you're telling me I wasted all my time catching 2 boxes of Pikachus?

>_< Power Plant, where you can get Zapdos as well. Its towards the south of that lone Pokemon Center some distance East of Cerulean City in the mountains. You'll need a Pokemon with Surf to get there.

>_< Yeah.. the mainlands is called Kanto dude. I wonder why they never mentioned Kanto's name in the FR/LG game though. They did have Johto mentioned in R/S/E..

They only mentioned Johto the player and his/her came from. (Also, there's the Pok?dex entry for Bellossom in Ruby where its dance is popular in the "southern" lands. Maybe it's refering to Kanto/Johto?)

According to the guides I've read, only Pikachu from Ruby, Saphire, and Emerald hold the Light Ball. FireRed and LeafGreen doesn't. Considering what a Light Ball does, it does make sense that you have to catch that Pok?mon the hard way. Actually, in R/S/E's Safari Zone, it's very likely you'll catch the Pikachu by just tossing the Safari Ball at it. (if might help to press your combinations for higher success rate) It took me forever, then my friend caught a Pikachu from Ruby with a Light Ball. (I never found one myself) Luckly, he traded it for my Marowak's Thick Club.

So that means that you can only get light balls from safari zone pikachus. I hate looking for them cuz they're sooooo rare.

Oh,sorry, my bad. that means i traded over my Pikachu then. I messed up my Ruby by trading everything inside over to my Fire Red and now I'm confused. Heck, I caught all 200 pokemon in Ruby and when i traded over the single caterpie or sumthing, the pokedex expanded to about 350 sumthin =_=''

There should be Light Balls in Ruby/Sapphire too; My friend has Light Ball in his game, and he has no other game boy/GCN contact besides me, who doesn't have a light ball yet.

Its one completely rare item.. I've just been capturing tons of Pikachu in the Safari Zone (Ruby) last night. ^___^ Thanks to y'all's I got two Light Balls now. =D

Um.. I care. >_< Light Balls are rare items. I'm planning on trading this for a rare Pokemon from a friend. =P

Ruby, Saphire, and Emerald are the only places you can get the Light Ball, and it's only by chance. Lucky Egg is supposed to be rare in FireRed and LeafGreen, but since XD came out, it's not so anymore... (the Shadow Chancey in the game always has the Lucky Egg eqquiped!) Same case with Marowak's Thick Club, I think.

Man, Light Ball can cause Pikachu's Sp. Attack to be even higher than Mewtwos'! (Either Mewtwo or Deoxyx: Attack Forme has the highest Sp. Attack thus far) I can't wait to get a Pichu with Surf!
