what does boah mean? i hear people using it with pokemon like tyranitar.
A boah is a standard Tyranitar build, created to counter the oh so popular Skarmbliss combo.
Here's the set with EVs and all that included (thanks to Mullet for posting this):

I know this seems like a stupid question, but I have no idea of how to trade between r/s and fr/lg. What do you do at the join group/become leader part? My brother and I have been trying for ages.

One person has to be the leader and the other joins.

Now if you haven't fixed the Network Machine on One Island (requiring the Ruby and Sapphire gems) in FRLG then you cannot trade with RSE. That is what I assume is your problem.

They don't. You probably just experienced something called "luck".

I know, but it seems as though everytime I throw an Ultra Ball, it breaks out without even shaking, but when I throw a Great Ball, it seems that it almost catches. Well, then again, the fact that I catch almost all of my legendaries with Ultra Balls contradicts that.

Personally, I think there is a problem with the ratios of Great and Ultra Balls when they pertain to catching Legendaries. It could be just me, but I have used both GBs and UBs and I have a higher success rate with the GBs. It could be "luck", but I wish I was that lucky with other things.

No. You can also get an Upgrade (Single Mode), a Dragon Scale (Double Mode), and a Metal Coat (Knockout Mode).

Yes it will. It learns the exactly same moves Charmeleon does, but obviously doesn't get Wing Attack like Charizard.

Charizard also learns Heat Wave at level 1, but Flamethrower is better any way, besides, you'd need to go to the mushroom freak on Island 2 to get Heat Wave for Charizard.

Well, here is a great guide written by Synchronize that covers Effort Values quite well.

    https://www.pokecommunity.com/showthread.php?t=64755

In a nutshell, every Poke has an EV value assigned to it, so when you battle against it, all of your Pokes that battled against will earn those EV "points". Effort Value points are used to increase the stats of your Pokes. There are six stats that every Poke has: Hit Points, Attack, Defense, Special Attack, Special Defense, and Speed. Every four EV points your Poke gets, it increases that particular stat by 1 point. There is a max of 255 EV points that a Poke can learn in one particular stat, and a Poke can only learn a total amount of 510 EV points. Also keep in mind that once a Poke levels up to Lv100, it can no longer learn any EVs, so don't make the mistake of using Rare Candies to level up your Poke before you EV train.

You can RARELY find Big Mushrooms being held by wild Paras and Parasect. I don't know the percentages, but I do know that 5% of the time Paras/Parasect can be caught holding the Tiny Mushroom. The Big Mushroom, IIRC, is about 1%. That means for every 100 Paras/Parasect you either catch or use Thief on, you MIGHT get a Big Mushroom from it.

If you are using it to teach a Poke a previous move, it would be better to get a RSE cart, where you can find Heart Scales much easier and take them to the Move Tutor in Fallarbor who can re-teach your Poke moves.
