Well in my opinion, I think you should put Dragon Claw on it. It is always best to put on attacks the same type as the pokemon.

Does anyone know any good TM's that I can teach to my Shiftry ? As it is level 45 and all the moves that it know's are all Normal type ones. It only ever knew one grass type move and that was TM 08, the 'Almighty' Bullet Seed :( :P

You can exchange a Blue Shard for a Water Stone. To get a Blue Shard, find one on Route 124, or off of some wild Pokemon. Trade the Blue Shard to a guy in a house on a small Island also on Route 124, and you should get a Water Stone.

Here's a question: In Pokemon Sapphire, I've beat the Elite Four and the Champion, and of course all the gym leaders are registered in my Pokenav. Do the gym leaders ever want a rematch? Or are they just in the Pokenav because you beat them?

i dont think so. but they r still in ur pokenav. ive been playing sapphire since last year. so i think not. BTW, how do u get Gold pokeblocks?

Use a Watmel Berry at either Verdanturf or Falabor
Use a belue Berry at Lilycove
Use a Leichi Berry anywhere

Not in Ruby/Sapphire. In RS, they are just in there to count as a person battled. In Emerald though, they do re-matches.
