ok then dragon fang is worthless
dragon scale is worth something.......

Why do you have to turn off the electricity in New Mauville? It seems pointless to me.

Wailmer Pail, does it really make your berry grow? I've heard some people saying they don't water the berrys but they grow anyway...

Turning off the electricity is needed to gain access to some rooms I believe.

As for watering the berry, it will make it so that the berry tree produces more berries, which is a must-do thing as some of the rare berries will only produce one berry (which is pointless because you use one berry and you're planting it so it grows one berry? So be sure to water your berries, especially the rare ones like the promotional berries and enigma and some from E-card). But if you plant your berry in places where you got natural rain, then you don't have to do the watering! ^-^

I thought you just had to water the plants. Is it fact that the rain does automatically water the plants?
It better be so as I even made my secret base right beside the only berry patch in the world where it gets natural rain XD;;

You need them in your party.......
go read the FAQ to see what to do..

Toxic is also a TM in GSC and also in this generation as well. There are plenty of other TMs that are just carried over, such as earthquake.

Ok but how to i get toxic on my game?

Those Nintendo Strategy Guides suck - they never give u proper movesets..........................................
u didn't see all the moves rite??
then maybe surf was there in place of refresh...........
in which case it would be a fairly decent moveset.

Again..... i dont want surf.... i want this pokemon as a trap pokemon. Poison and confuse, then recover when hurt and refesh when poisoned, para, or burned

You get Toxic in the Fiery Path somewhere.

You only need them when you are unlocking the cave underwater on the route to the west of Pacifidlog Town. Once you do that, you can just toss them ito the PC.

In the name of game balance, Milotic does not have mean look or spider web, so it cannot fulfill the role. So you'll have to make do with surf, or get another Pokemon as a toxictrapper (and toxictrapper can be rather weak and vulnerable, because it's taunt-bait.)

Is it true that if it is raining in battle, Thunder has 100% accuracy?

That's true for ALL electric attacks while it's raining out. Unless, of course, you're playing as Rayquaza

It only affects thunder. It's just that all the other electric move either has perfect accuracy or 100% base accuracy. Under the rain, thunder's BASE ACCURACY increase to 100%, but 6 double teams can still mess you over. It's BASE ACCURACY, not FINAL ACCURACY. Don't treat it as aerial ace.

To get Pok?Rus, on serebii.net it says you have to engage in a battle with a wild pok?mon (or something like that), does that mean I just have to make a wild pok?mon come up and then I can run away from it, or that you have to make an attack on it?

What is National Dex and what does it do?

In order to get more trainers to fight you, I've noticed you have to be in the same area of the trainer themselves, but that dosen't work on various trainers, is there some other way to get more trainers to fight you?

Gym leaders are also on the Trainers Eye, does that mean you can fight them again some time?

There are a pair of TV reporters, one interviewer and one Camera man that are on three places, first north of Mauville, then east of Mauville after swimming over, and then east of the Treehouse-Town, if you beat them they want to interview you, is it something special that happens when you get interviewd except you're on TV?

In Slateport city, there is a pok?mon fan club house with an interviewer inside, she can then interview you, when you look at the interview on th TV, she gives the letter score, what is the maximum of score you can get and do you get anything if you get full score?

Pokerus: No idea. Never got it without cheats.

NationalDex is just a PokeDex that registers all 386 Pokemon. Nothing special in my opinion. You can get the NationalDex in RS either by cheating or trading with FRLG. You get the NDex in FRLG by capturing 60 different Pokemon, then defeat the Elite Four.

I don't know, but my sister just flies around the map and going down the list of Trainer Eyes and they all seem to be ready to battle again after 5 min or so.

No. But if you beat all 8 Gym leaders without cheats that modify your badges, then put on one of those codes that give you all 8 badges, you can battle them again for a second time.

Nothing special happens.

No idea...never talked to her before.

I'll try and answer some of the unanswered questions:

I'm not sure, but it would make sense to attack it, since the Pokemon isn't exactly going to make contact with it in any other way (as viruses are spread that way in real life).

If you go to and from their area a couple of times (about 10 or so), they should want to battle again.

I would assume it would be 100, since that's a nice round number... but it could be anything :/
