Simpsons or Family Guy?

Family Guy! I love it's weirdness. Hahha.
I know Simpsons have been around for a very long time but I never got into the show like Family Guy.
 
The Simpsons, it had a better plot, better characters, and better adaptibility so anyone could watch it... Until The Simpsons Movie came and everything began to fall, but it'll rise from the rubbles one day, unlike Family Guy, a show that couldn't even make it to the ashes... Which is sort of sad if you think about it.​

Honestly, the only things about Family Guy that are truly funny are those random clips they have. Plus there's that one episode that only worked in that Fox 9:00 slot becuase it tells you to look at Desperate Housewives. On the other hand, The Simpsons is pure lol humor. I actually wrote an essay comparing the two and handed it in to my principal. She had no comments on it.

Also, you can put out that Family Guy's creator is ripping off Matt Groening. Groening had Futurama to go with The Simpsons, and then American Dad came along from Seth Macfarlene. (Or however his name is spelt.) American Dad wins over Family Guy however. In the end, I say:

Number One: The Simpsons
2nd Place: Futurama
3rd Place: American Dad
Dead Last: Familiy Guy
 
SIMPSON'S they're awesome, but the last seasons aren't TOO good like first ones
 
The Simpsons all the way sweeties. The first couple seasons were great, but now they are kinda getting a little stale. But at least you can watch a rerun of the Simpsons and it will still be funny, unlike Family Guy when the joke wears of after a few time do to the fact it's shock humor. I like them both though, but the Simpson will always be on top, sweeties.
 
you should have put both incase some ppl luv both also you should have put futurama because that was matts other good program which had its humourous times
 
Family Guy is alright, but it seems like the creators just use an onslaught of fart jokes.
Low class humor is alright, but it gets old if that's all that it is. =/

Simpsons ftw.
They've created an amazing cast, lovable characters, deep(ish) back grounds, etc- it's just a great show.

And though the movie wasn't as good as anyone thought it would be- It gave us Spider Pig.
Family Guy hasn't had a damn movie. >__>


Futurama's great too. Still second to Simpsons.
I'm not too pleased with their new season though. (movies? Psh. Seeing as Comedy Central's airing them as episodes- it's the next season.) Bender's Big Score was kind of a let down.

I feel exactly the same way Jeremy. I like them equally, but the simpsons has always been there and i grew up with that show, so yeah~

The Simpsons is past its prime, but eh, I like them better, and Homer is the most likable cartoon character out there, and very funny.

I like Family Guy, but the Simpsons is generally better to me, maybe it's more my kind of humor or something.
