The Regigigas is NOT english but it is the 11th Movie Regigigas that lets you get the 3 Regi's in Sinnoh.

Which would bring it all up to Shiny Hariyama, Japaneese Shaymin, lvl 73 Lugia (English), and a Shiny Duskull (English) I can also get the legit English Regigigas in like 20 minutes if you want me to. If you still dont want to trade that fine though.

Yeah, it's a TM. I know it can be found in Platinum, it's just that I have never felt like facing the battle frontier and am mainly using my Diamond, anyway. Not sure about in Hoenn, though.
