well that is kinda want cloyster is supposed to be EV'd in..... thats its highest base stat and its pretty much just a blocker... unless you didnt know that

uhh i dunno just pick a pokemon thats base stat is high in attack, check this website out www.bulbapedia.com
thats where i learn EVERYTHING.
