Here's my OU team that I use. I play with no duplicate held items, so you won't find any duplicate held items here :).

I use Ninjask mainly to speed up my not-so-speedy sweepers. He can also 2HKO/3HKO those annoying Grass, Psychic, and Dark leads. I can also use him to power up my Physical Sweepers to obliterate anything.

Mixed Sweeper
I use Dragonite mainly for pwning with 1HKO & 2HKO moves. The Life Orb powers up the moves even more, and a Critical Hit could give even more significant damage, setting up a possible 1HKO.
The EV spread is kind of odd, but I like it and will stick with it.

Special Sweeper
Gengar is usually used for the Special Sweep (that's why it's a Special Sweeper, duh). I use the Petaya Berry on most occasions, but I'll bring out the Salac Berry every once in a while for the extra speed boost (combined with Ninjask's Baton Pass, of course).

Rapid Spinner/Special Sweeper
Starmie is my Rapid Spinner/Pwnage. I Surf provides STAB, Thunderbolt destroys those pesky Dragon/Flying types (such as Salamence), and Recover specially for, well, recovering.

I usually set Stealth Rock with Bronzong. Occasionally, I'll use Earthquake and Gyro Ball specially for other Pokemon. Hypnosis is especially helpful if one specific Pokemon is pwning your whole team.

Physical Sweeper
T-Tar is kind of the surprise at the end (well of my team, not necessarily of the battle). Aqua Tail is especially helpful for Infernape. The Choice Band also adds to the not-so-perfect Speed of T-Tar.

You have alot of sweepers. I would recomend on your gengar to have him a s revenge killer. Give him 4 def 252 spattack 252 speed with a modest nature chioce scarf with the move set thunder bolt shadow ball hp ice and explosion or trick. He has done wonders for me

Yeah, you're totally right about the too many sweepers. Uh, I think the S Revenge Killer idea is great!

I was thinking about using a SkarmBliss, but I felt those are just too overrated. What do you think about it? Are there any other good walls out there besides Skarmory and Blissey?

I hear a metagross works wonders for a OU team as a sweeper and i think in my humble opinon his steel/psysic type make him almost repel most types and since he is a steel he would have a high defense and Sp.Defense

That would ruin the synergy and slow down an offensive team which blissey really doesnt fit onto.

Regardless Ninjask is very dead weight and i feel his slot could be put to better use since nothing actually beneits from it that much. :/ Id advise something to deal with Scizor because that pretty much owns you.

I also advise to not use a Rapid Spinner starmie because you wont need one without jask and nite has roost, sooo~
