You guessed it! I can't remember how to get the Pokeflute on my Pokegear! I went to the Radio Tower in Lavender Town but I can't go upstairs..... can I have some specifics please?

go to lavender town and talk to the guy in the hat and long coat, then go to powerplant, then go to mistys gym find the ...just follow what it says.

after u find zapdos outside i just notice now uno dos tres lol

Firstly do the power Plant sidequest so power runs again. Then talk to the director on the first floor of the radio tower to enable the pokeflute channel. It's a manuel one - have to select it by moving the reciever on the pokegear's radio to the top and a touch to the left while standing near Snorlax.
