How many did the 3rd Gen have?
Gen V had 150+ so there's really not much of a set number when excluding pre-evolutions and evolutions.

There was 135 to be exact. There was 2 pre evos like you said in another post.

I don't think it will be in that book. There might be. There is a XY Pokedex Book that I think was confirmed to have 800 pages in it at one of the demo area for X and Y.

Could that pink crystal be used to form change Deoxys? In DPPt it was the Space Meteors in Veilstone City. In BW B2W2 it was the Meteorite in Nacrene City Museum, so maybe this is for Deoxys, and another Space Pokemon?

Could be, but we don't know that for sure. The leaker said the townsfolk use it as a sundial, he hasn't found more info about it.

i guess they use the light that shines through the hole in the centre as a representation of the sun in the sky

That water spirit's Den is for when you bring manaphy there you get its Mega Stone while the pink is for Jirachi's Mega.That would be nice huh?
Also where are pictures from that clock town?I wanna see.

Possibly, but I think they would keep it just a meteorite and not make it as huge as the crystal is.

Clefairy line (At least in the anime), Jirachi, and Deoxys are all from space I believe. Might be able to count Mew and those UFO pokemon, I forget their names from Unova, in that as well. It is still possible for it to be a new pokemon though since we only have I think 68 not counting gender differences. That leaves us with 2 spots to confirm the 70 total pokemon, unless we they said there was only 70 they were counting the genders as well.

True, but it would be a bit odd for them to make such a huge pink crystal without it being a gym. I don't recall anything out of the ordinary being in a pokemon game other than the rocket in Hoenn that hasn't played a part some way or another. But it could be the same with that giant tree that looks like it is in that northern town we haven't seen anything about yet.

I wonder if that tree is another event legendary location...maybe the legendary side trio of this generation will be event legendaries...
