I'm with Shimmer Mint...what do you mean by "real Storm"? Do you expect a Pokémon to have a design that will blow away every fan in a bad way?

Eh I guess Chespin's final evo will be somewhat alright, I wasen't expecting cute, but I'm not a fan of the big bad-a action look either.

Likewise for me...except it was Fennekin's final that lured me in...darn my weakness...
 
okay I think I have grown crazy but the more I look at that chespin final evo the more I...like it...actually doesnt looks so bad now :?. yep. I have gone totally crazy. and the helioptile evo isnt so shabby either as it MUST have a final evo as well.

edit:no its not sad @shimmer mist@ that you have hope for a pokemoncontest as I have hope for the return of the battle frontier lol.

I was thinking the Helioptile evolution will have one more as well, because as good as it is..it just doesn't seem complete to me. However, that is just an opinion and I may very well be wrong.

Pretty much what Michonne is saying. There are fans that "HAVEN'T" seen these yet. And a fairly large number at that. These guys have potential at being the most vocal. This and add the fact that we have not been shown everything yet so there are still Pokemon, Mega, Legend, and otherwise we have yet to see that will make the possible rage frenzy worse.
 
Chesnaught - I love the extoskeleton and pronounced spikes. Also, I can't believe they let him keep the cute face with that brawny body! Which I actually like. The only concern I have is the lack of green palette. For that reason I will give it an 8.5 (Could have easily been a 9.5/10)

Delphox - Oh God I want one now! I am glad to see the witch motif not being fulfilled, I much prefer the oracle/priestess with a long fur-robe. I pretty much can't find one thing I don't like. Thought I would love to see a staff, it's possible the sticks are hidden somewhere in the robe, and anyway, it looks better without relying upon a prop! I will give it....10!!!

Greninja - Okay, so many people wanted this to be fake, well I naively wanted it to be real! It is real! The pink tongue-scarf is pretty damn cool/cute. The pink palette actually alivens the design. The angular head is nice as well, it gives a sense of impness, which alludes to its dark nature. - 8.5/9

I have to say, I love all of them. Though sad to see my Swirlix become that, the starter info makes me fell a WHOLE lot better. Moreover, I am optimistic that the two fairies will evolve again. There is hope for him yet!

My thoughts exactly.

I too think Helioptile may have another...it seems like a second stage Pokémon like Flaffy and Pikachu. Hopefully it will and it'll regain those lovable frills.

As you pointed out, there are probably a lot of new Pokemon we still haven't seen yet. Maybe, looking on the bright side of things, they will be designed nice! Maybe they won't be bad after all.
 
Chespin's final evo swung me from #TeamFroakie to #TeamChespin and that was a difficult swing because Froakie looks like Ben Franklin and thinking about that makes me laugh.

But for real, it reminds me of Golem a bit but with decent-sized limbs. For some reason I can't stop imagining Chespin's face on it, though.
 
@shimmer mist@than what if the contest,battle frontier,and hmm what else did I like...wait. I forgot but was the safari zone on black and white/black and white 2. heey and it will be great if the secret bases returned lol. I miss them
 
Regardless of whether I choose Delphox or Chesnaut I'll likely end up with some type redundancies now since I really like Malamar and Hawlucha....

No matter how nice they are though(and I fully expect to see many more revealed that will be) you are still going to have a swarm of hate for them just like with the previous generations. Everyone though is entitled to feel that way though.
 
What does everyone think about Gen VI introducing only 70 brand new pokemon?

We know of/have seen 52 as of right now, leaving only 18 more
