    what do you think his starter would be

    Personally i think it would be evee for some reason

    What about like Weedle or Caterpie? xD

    Meowth would be a good one too.
     
    Maybe one of the 5th generation starters? Of course, I'm off by a long shot. Personally, if Ash's journey ended, I'd thank God and get on with my life.

    As S3 said, probably one of the 5th generation starters.

    It would have to be one of the starters Ash never got...probably Mudkip.
     
    Poliwag Because both Gold and Red Have had them and it is a top pokemon
    Clefariy Because it is the true mascot pokemon
    Pikachu because it would be a way the audience would never forget Ash
    5th gen Starter And the show would become more like pokemon special and have a new crew every region

    I personally would not have Ash leave the show i would rather have the show continue the way it is
     
    Where's the Shinx love?

    Why are only GenI Pokemon and GenV starters the only thing mentioned. I'd expect a Pokemon that was probably in all the games, something like Tentacool or Geodude.
