...Guess we all gotta start somewhere, right? So, hi, I'm HopefulUndertone, but if that's too long you can just call me Hope or Alexis or something, whatever floats your boat! (by the way, the username is a reference to my favorite line of one of my favorite songs) :P Anyways, I've been lurking here for a little bit, and I decided to make an account because it seems like a pretty cool place to hang out with fellow Pokemon fans.

Speaking of Pokemon, I've been a fan since I was about six, when I had my first DS and Pokemon Firered, which I spent hundreds of hours on. Since then, I've played up to Black/White 2 (due to not owning a 3DS).

Anyways, that's about it from me for now (unless you want me to say more :P). So I guess hello everyone, it's nice to meet you and I hope we can be friends! ♥

From all the pain our brain has made, the game is not played alone
And I will say that we should take a moment and hold it
And keep it frozen and know that life has a hopeful undertone

I really hope we're talking about the same song otherwise it'll be pretty awkward. I like Twenty One Pilots a lot as well! Hullo Alexis!

Hopefully you'll be able to get a 3DS sometime! I enjoyed Gen VI a lot, those games brought me back into Pokémon after a few years of disinterest. The older generations are still a lot of fun as well though - Gen III holds a special place in my heart for being my first and favorite generation so far.

Hopefully sometime, I don't know if it'll be anytime soon though, for now I'll just have to stick to YouTube playthroughs! Gen III was fun to play through, I think Emerald was the only one I ever completely finished though. Gen II is my favorite out of all of them though, I've always loved the Pokemon from Johto the most.

I started out lurking for a long time before I actually decided to be active, seems like a big chunk of our users were the same way at one point. Glad to hear you decided to be active, forums like these are always fun to participate in, especially now with new Sun and Moon slowly information being released in chunks! Always exciting.

Gen II was deeeefinitely amazing. The sprites were top-notch in comparison to their predecessors and I remember spending hundreds of hours just training random Pokémon through the E4. x'D;;

Hiya Desinishon! And I've seen a couple of hacks here and there, I haven't played many though, but I think I'll look into a Gen VI one after I get a chance to watch the main story of the originals ^v^ And nope, not quite, it's a character I made with an online character generator (it's somewhat based on what I look like :P) Yep, I like anime quite a bit actually, some of my favorites are Madoka Magica, Hamatora, Death Note, and while it's not technically an anime, RWBY. c: Hope I'll see you around!
