So... What languages do you know?

I can speak Cantonese if necessary, but mostly to family only, and I never got past basic numbers for writing and reading... I've taken lessons in Japanese and American Sign Language, but I forget everything now. I don't do well with languages unless I keep practicing and using it a lot, but I wish I stuck with the ASL, it was pretty neat.
 
I only know English. However, I know bits and pieces of French, Spanish, German, Russian, Latin, and Japanese. I want to learn Russian, French, and Japanese.
 
I am learning Afrikaans, now. :]
