Probably Steven. Despite relying solely on Steel-types, his team was still pretty challenging.

I agree with Steven, I mean, an aristocratic rock obsessed silver haired steel lover? What's not to like? Plus the fact that he really can be a challenge, Steel types have high defenses as it is. Even with Fire types, Steven can definitely hold his own. Well, until you level or EV train but that counts with all the Champions, so Steven it is.

I just faced Steven on my Ruby and I got to say that he's a more fun champion to face than any other champion. His most challenging Pokeman was Gaydol who was tougher than I expected it to be.

i like lance the best cuz he is easy, and he has dragon type pokemon!

For me its Cynthia because she was the most challenging one of them all and she didn't stick with one type of Pokemon
