Hey, so I have a level 76 Drizzile (normal game, it's on an everstone) and I want to give it Swift Feathers but the game says it won't happen any effect, even when I remove the held item. What seems to be the problem with this? Would this happen if I gave it Carbos too?

If a Swift Feather has no effect, that means your Drizzile either has 252 Speed EVs already, or it already has a maximum of 512 EVs. Giving a Carbos will also have no effect.
