I've read the advanced training sticky and EV is a new concept to me. I've got some questions. How long does it take to collect so many rare candies? It seems like it's nearly impossible to collect 600+ rare candies...is there any faster way than pickup? Also, once my pokemon are lvl 100...which pokemon should i go after to raise certain stats? do the stats of the pokemon raise with every four kills or do i need to do anything special? i'm also wondering if the pokemon's nature functions individually from EV points. I heard the macho brace effects EV as well. Thanks for any help you guys can give me.

i'll start answering from the easiest questions first

    Macho Brace:
-doubles amount of EV gained from each battle
ex: battling from Zigzagoon normally gives you +1 speed EV. Not it's +2 speed EV instead

    Rare Candy:
-it's the only way to get rare candy anyway so you have no choice but to pick up... don't worry it takes quite awhile to get your EV filled. By the time you finish EV training for one pokemon, you will have another (or somewhere close to) 100 rare candies (provided that you have 4 zigzagoon working at once)

    Which Pokemon gives which EV?
-https://www.pokefor.tk/ has all the information... check under Base Stats/Effort Points. On that giant chart, one of the section talks about what and how much EV one Pokemon gives
(keep in mind that even trainer battle gives you EV, not just wild)

Just max out your Pokemon's EV. When it has the effort ribbon (meaning maxed out EV), drop it off in your computer. After awhile (like when your next EV training secton is done), that Pokemon's stats should go up dramatically in the area where you dumped EV. This is like the GSC "Box Trick"

nature just simply takes on this formula
"current stats x (nature bonus) = your stats"

hope it helps... if i did make a mistake, correct me immediately please

    couple more questions

i just had a few more questions...
do you get EV for just hitting an enemy or making it faint? will rare candies drop from all lvls of pokemon? does running from a pokemon effect ev at all? thanks again

No, you need to faint it. Rare Candies will appear for any level Pickup Pok?mon. Running will not award you the EVs for that particular Pok?mon. Like I said, you need to make the foe faint to get EVs from it. You always keep EVs you?ve already gained from fainting opponents though.
