Thanks RD! No, the plastic wrap effect was one of the style choices on adobe photoshop. I'm makeing a Dewgong one at the moment.

Hmm! You should begin to work on brushing as well now, after you've learnt to do filters. Your style of avatar is very fine. Sig flows... but I think, you should try antialias cropping for the image.
