Some sigs

Here's a few sigs of mine, old and new.

I make everything in my sigs except for the renders.

Hope that's not too many sigs. BTW these aren't up for sale/auction like a lot of other people's. :P Comments are welcome though. If there are any requests, PM me, but I'm usually not good with requests, and I'm in a bit of a Photoshop-Phunk lately.

The last five are nice. The birds i the last need to be sharper. Text coul use work on the azlef / w/e and the last two. Nice work, keep chugging em out.

I think I just found myself a graphic idol... Your banners are breathtaking!
You've got lots of different styles and you're very good in all of them.
I'm loving your text in all the banners too.

The border in some banners looks... um.. weird.. like in this one:

Borders limit depth, so sometimes it's better to keep them simple, or just leave your banners without borders. But what do I know? My work looks like a pile of junk compared with yours hehe

Anyway, I'll keep an eye on this place.

Your sigs look very good. The text on your sigs could be better, maybe you should try to make it sharper. I also don't like text in the border. 1 thing that you should learn, and that is about focal point. That's the point where you look at when you see the sig. In most sigs, this is not in the middle, but a little bit to the right or to the left.

To emphasize your focal point, you create a new layer, and then go to Image > Applyimage. Then, select with the lasso tool your focal point, and press Control + J. Now, select your new layer, and go to Filters > Sharpen > Sharpen. Maybe it's to sharp, but you can lower your opacity.

Lol I know about all that, don't worry. And that's way too much of a process to enhance the focal. I probably know which one's your talking about that need sharpening, the Metroid Frozen one, and the Kingdom Hearts one. Those ones I was actually going for an obscured look to it, it makes more sense given the scene.

And the focal doesn't always have to be in the middle. It would be boring if every sig had the focal in the middle. :P

Lovely graphics. As Aden and munna have said, the last five are the best. Though, I really like the vertical tag quite a bit as well. It's a bit bright, but it looks great nonetheless. I love the soft-ish, glowy feel that most of your banners have. It sort of adds... atmosphere, I guess? I don't really know what else to call it.

The Uxie one is a-d-o-r-a-b-l-e ~

Good work on the laest sig, YOOM-TAH, the Dialga is good, and is that a Time c4d/fractal you have there in the backround? Anyway, good work.

the borders do leave something to be desired, what is with the widescreen look? other than that no complaints. and i agree, you dont have to have the focal point of your sig in the center, if its off to the side or way off in the distance it can add depth and all sorts of goodies to any picture.

The borders for the widescreen look better to me in almost every sig. It's the same reason movies do it now.

That and the border is insignificant. The border can't "leave something to be desired" because it's just a border. Most people who make sigs at a "pro" level these days either will use the same border style as me, or just leave it off entirely.

thats just it though, you arent the same as one of those pro artists, use your own style, find your own niche.

I did. It's those borders. Like I said, they look best on the sigs I make IMO.

i like ll the flashing pics all cool like that but the borders are like kinda big so you might want to cut down on the size of your borders

Your banners are truly amazing.
I think that most of your are nice but I especially love the Vaporeon one for the blue C4D's on the left.
And I love the bottom 3 on your front post.

Hmm, I've never seen this thread before. Anyway, YOOM-TAH, your banners are absolutely amazing. I see that you like to mess around with depth, and you've seemed to pretty much master it.
