Are you at Slateport?Spend some time training in the grass.You may want to replace one of the bugs on your team, and maybe trade your plusle for an electrike.Mainly, you should just train your pokemon

My suggestion would be to fight every trainer you find to get the Exp Points and also instead of using your starter Pok?mon so much use a varied team of different Pok?mon. When you get the Exp Share that should help alot too.

It depends where you are. Maybe you might want to get rid of a bug pok?mon and get a flying or a pok?mon that knows some ground type moves for the Dynamo Badge fight.
