    I was making a fixed patch for my hack, Pokemon Wally (thread link in sig), when my dad came down and told me to disconnect because the police were coming.:confused: I asked him "Why?". He said that a boy (He's going to be a sophomore in high school, and I'll be a freshman at the same school) came from the bike path behind my house and went into my friend/neighbor's yard and approached the trampoline that my little brother and friends were jumping on. They told him to leave, but he got on and (according to my friend) strangled my friend "to death". My little brother (he's 7) came to his aid. The other 3 friends were freaked out. Anyhow, the boy (he's 15, one year older than me) stopped strangling my friend and proceeded to (according to my dad) THROW MY LITTLE BROTHER OFF THE TRAMPOLINE!! :knockedou :shocked: :dead: :surprised:'( I was furious! I exclaimed "WHAT!?!". I should have been there, because being the oldest in the group (My friends and my little brother) I could have beaten the living **** out of him. He also proceeded to egg my neighbor's (on the other side) car (According to my parents). WHAT A ******* *******! HE DOESN'T DESERVE TO LIVE! HE SHOULD ROT IN ****!! I was also furious that the town I live in, didn't do anything about the bike path beforehand, as a bench was vandalized, and my mom's solar garden lights were stolen. They should put a wire fence at the side, like a prison fence.

    The charges (I think) are:

    2 counts of endangering the welfare of a child
    2 counts of aggravated assault
    1 count of vandalism (2 if he vandalized the bench)
    a possible count of theft (If he stole the solar garden lights)
    1 count of trespassing
    1 count of leaving the scene of a crime

    Juvenile hall for him...

    To mods/s-mods/praetors/Kairi/admins: I apologize for all of the swearing in my post. I just had to take out my anger and frustration. Also, If you think this should be in the T-Dome, feel free to move it.

    *Hopes the parents of the 6 of us come together and sue*

    You are right ...you should have been there but its not your foult that the incident happened.....You bro and friend got lucky the guy wasen't carying a weopon....anyways did this person have something against you?Did you know him?
    It's just weird someone would strangle someone without even knowing them......

We went to this "cool" party in a bad end of the city, unfortunately, one of us didnt get out. And who had to carry the body back home? Me... It's too bad though..

    I wasn't advertising it, I was just saying what I was doing at the time.
     
    I for one dont belive a bit of it. If it is true your father will be going to jail for child endangerment.
     
    What are you talking about blue? Why would his father be going to jail? Maybe I just misunderstood GR's post?
     
    Depending on the age of each of the kids, the dad can go to jail for letting them be out so late by themselfs...even if it was their own home.

    Your joking right? Even though they are in their own backyard! He can't go to jail for that. That is one of the most absurd things I have ever heard.
     
    That is crazy! A similar type of situation happed here a couple of years ago. It was the last day of school and a girl in 7th grade stayed home from school and her mom went out for a walk. Well some guy about 20 came in to rob the house and saw here there and then strangled here...for real to death...he finally got convicted last year and is not in jail.

    I only knew her for a year and she didnt deserve that. Imagine being killed when you are only 13.

    Then that means that BOTH of your dad's along with the man who did it are able to be charged.

    It's basic law. Even if it's their own backyard, it's the fathers fault for letting the kids be out night unsupervised.

    I cannot believe how stupid and heartless some people can be. That is so horrible, how older jerks like that will pick on smaller kids for no reason. I'm sorry to hear that all of that happened, and hopefully that guy will get what he deserves. (Which shouldn't be anything good.)

    Anyway, how are your little brother and his friends doing? They weren't hurt too badly, were they?
     
    I'd be more worried about mental reprocussions the physical ones. Wonds will heal, but notice this is something thats gonna stay in their minds for a long long time. Therapy wouldent be a bad idea for the kids.
     
    This stuff sounds totally horrible, I've always been glad that I live in Australia where this kind of random crime is much less widespread. I hate being at home by myself, except for the fact that I can get out the guitar and sing. Now I'm going to be constantly looking over my shoulder.

    See that dosent make sense. Becuse later on you say that he dident die. Your story has a lot of problems with it. I'm not saying you made it up....but it does sound strange.
