    I havent been to any nintindo gatherings, so ive missed most of these giveaways of poke's like mew, celebi, jirachi, all the tickets, Etc. Is there any way i could some how get these things now WITHOUT cheating?
     
    You can get mew in R/B/Y because of a glitch, and there's another glitch that accidenly replaces a wild pok?mon with Celebi on R/S (EXTREMELY RARE), but besides that, no.
     
    For Jirachi, you can hop on over to the UK, buy Pokemon Channel, then complete the game and download Jirachi to your GBA cartridge. Apart from that, you'd need a time travelling machine, and that doesn't exist in this moment in time unfortunately. :(
     
    For Celebi, you could import a version of Crystal. =3
