Question, is this a reprint of the DEX Vaporeon?

Anyway. Overall its not too bad, but not great. It's first attack is nearly the same as Stunfisk. 1 energy 20 damage to active and 20 to bench. Though this time its colorless cost and it comes on a stage 1. Not nearly as good as Stunfisk since it requires you to evolve first.

It's second attack is rather interesting. It hits for 60 damage and heals 20 from vaporeon. Its a decent power and heals but it cost WCC energy. Which is pretty bad for todays metagame, that can pretty much OHKO Vaporeon with ease. The 20 damage you can remove each turn isn't going to really change anything.

The art is pretty nice on the card at least. I like the style with no outlines. Though i kind of wish it was more than just a nice pic of Vaporeon with a random background slapped onto it.

Question, is this a reprint of the DEX Vaporeon?

Like all the other Promo Eeveelution cards in the Sylveon collection that are not named Sylveon, it is a reprint of a previous card. This one in particular is indeed a reprint of the DEX Vaporeon.

Personally I like the foil pattern of the card, but I couldn't see myself playing with this card outside of a casual setting. I give it a 5/10.

I love the art of this card, it looks absolutely great in real life. I've never used it in a deck though and I don't plan to; there are simply much better Eevee forms to evolve into (and better Vaporeons to use). It's not overly high damaging for the costs it needs and the healing, despite being useful, isn't enough to sustain it at +20 a piece unless you get lucky with a well-timed KO.
