Most likely it just came in the mail early. Never had the luck of it happening to me personally but I've heard of it happening plenty of times before with various other things.

i like the pics, it looks like they've even fixed the gym leader levels, at least the game will be more challenging than the originals
 
Falkner has a level 13 Pidgeotto? Sweet! This is excellent. I love Falkner's pose. Zubat's overworld is cute. I love the Sprout Tower as well as Falkner's gym. Morty is cute!

I'm happy we'll get to choose a Kanto starter AND a Hoenn starter. =D

It looks like Pryce got a new outfit. (His collar is blue.)

Falkner also has a level 8 Hoothoot. Yay for Falkner having a Johto Pokemon!

New LEVELS eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeek XD Amazing. That's the most important thing... He leveled up by 4, that's good. Nintendo, thumbs up d(''d) =)
 
Reportedly, Falkner has a Level 8 Hoothoot and a Level 13 Pidgeotto. And gives out TM 51. (Roost).

For those who are wondering, I don't believe there is any rom out yet. Stuck to watching that guy do stuff by himself. OH WELL just have patience.
 
Wow... That's a real big leveljump from the weakest to the strongest... 5 Lvs? That's much.

Can't wait for it and my R4 also but mehh waiting... xD

well confused about falkners stuff
pokebeach says a level 9 pidgey
and i heard it was a level 9 hoothoot
and now its a level 8 hoothoot
ahhhh confusion!
i want the rom to hurry itself up :/
 
Falkner has an altered line-up! Joy to the world! Hurrah!

Hoothoot and a higher levelled Pidgeotto is the obvious choice when going for an altered line-up, although Spearow was a possibility and I'd have liked to have seen a Natu, but it's all good still.
 
I'm happy they raised the levels for the gym leaders. Falkner's gym looks great. I like his sprite/overworld. Is anyone still planning on choosing Chikorita after finding out about Falkner's level 13 Pidgeotto and his likely usage of Roost? If I do, I'm going to have to trade Bellsprout for Kyle's Onix. (Onix's nickname is Rocky. Kyle is the NPC in GSC who gave you Onix for a Bellsprout.)

My god these just seem to be the perfect Pokemon games, how could they possibly top this in Gen5, all of the starters from the first 3 gens, plus a huge ammount of Legendarys, plus the two best regions, plus increased Gym levels, yep best Pokemon games ever.
 
i ve bin searchin since morning and nothin, not a single site that holds the rom yet, well platinum had the rom leaked before 3 days which is todays same case so i really predict the rom will be out some time around noon, the guys just too attached to the game rite now :P "Lucky showoff :P"

On serebii it said Hoothoot, then it did on pokebeach. Now they've each changed it to Pidgey level 9.

So the official line is currently level 9 Pidgey, and level 13 Pidgeotto.
